When you upload a photo or type a message, we use it to make your order. Your files are stored on our servers in the UK and are seen by our print team.

How We Use AI

Some features use artificial intelligence. Finding and cutting out faces in your photo for photo wrapping paper is done by our own software, on our own servers in the EU. Where you ask us to draw a design, check a photo, or suggest wording for a message, the photo or text you gave is sent to our AI providers (Google; for text only, also OpenAI or Anthropic) to produce the result. Anything AI writes to you on our behalf is read and approved by a member of our team before it is sent.

Who Else Handles Your Data

Payment (Stripe), delivery (Royal Mail, Evri), email and text messages (our email delivery service and Twilio), hosting (Google Cloud, in the UK and the EU), reviews (Trustpilot), advertising and measurement (Google, Meta, Snapchat), and the AI providers named above. Each acts on our instructions only.

How Long We Keep It

Order records and the files needed to remake your order are kept for as long as we may need to remake it or account for it.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, free of charge, or ask us to correct or remove it, through our Contact Us page. "Delete My Data" in your account replaces your email address and phone number throughout our records.
